We have an established food bank and community shop for those people most in need; this has been a great success with over 100 local residents using this service weekly. We also have referrals for the food bank from a range of other agencies across Leicester.
If you feel that you or someone else needs the support of our food bank please contact the playground for further support. Agencies which can make a referral include social workers, advice workers, schools, doctors and probation officers.
Community Shop opening hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 1pm
Trussell Trust food boxes: Mondays 10am – 12pm
Free food market day: Friday’s 10am – 12pm
